Miamians are invited to enjoy a special sneak peak of star chef Dale Talde’s TALDE Miami Beach prior to its November grand opening with a one-night only pop-up on Tuesday, September 29 at 7:30 p.m., at Thompson Miami Beach’s charming beachside bungalow, 1930s House.
Savor signature dishes from the acclmained Brooklyn-born Asian-American eatery, like pretzel pork and chive dumplings, as well as dishes out of Chef Dale’s new cookbook, Asian-American – Proudly Inauthentic Recipes from the Philippines to Brooklyn (Grand Central Life & Style).
Priced at $55 per person (excluding tax, gratuity and bar), this exclusive culinary experience includes four courses, one bottle of TALDE staple Brooklyn Sorachi Ace beer from Brooklyn Brewery, as well as one complimentary copy
of Chef Dale's cookbook per ticket.
